Italian level 7
Course information
Italian level 7 is an advanced course. To take this course you should already be able to write short reports about something you have experienced and feel comfortable conversing with several people at once.
During Italian level 7 you will further expand your Italian skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Following this course you will be able to speak Italian fairly easily and fluently, whether in a conversation, presentation or speech. You will also be able to write various types of text, including a report or review of something you have seen, done or read.
Your passive language skills (listening and reading) will be improved: you will find it increasingly easier to understand conversations, such as interviews or lively conversations between native Italians. You will be able to read and understand longer texts, even on unfamiliar subjects.
Grammar covered in this course includes: futuro anteriore (the future perfect) and the pronouns chi and ciò che. You will also learn more about how to use the gerundio, an important verb form in Italian.
