Directions

UvA Talen is located on the corner of Sarphatistraat and Roetersstraat, next to the academic bookstore. We are within walking distance from metro and tram station Weesperplein.

You will find UvA Talen on the first floor of the Gijsbert van Tienhoven building.

By public transport

From Central Station

Take any metro to Weesperplein station.
Follow the signs to the Universiteit van Amsterdam exit.

From Amsterdam Amstel Station

Take any metro in the direction of Amsterdam Central Station to Weesperplein station.
Follow the signs to the Universiteit van Amsterdam exit.
From Weesperplein station, walk down Valckeniersstraat.
At the end of this street, you will see the building in front of you, next to the academic bookstore.

By car

On the Amsterdam A10 motorway, take exit S114 (direction Centrum - Artis - Zeeburg).
Follow the road signs to Artis until you're on Plantage Middenlaan.
Instead of turning right to Artis zoo, turn left on the Roeterstraat.
Drive on to the end of the street.
On the corner of Roetersstraat and Sarphatistraat, UvA Talen is located on your left.
