Have you completed UvA Talen’s Brazilian level 6 course and would you like to expand your Brazilian language skills? Then Brazilian Portuguese Fluency is the right course for you. This course will give you more self-confidence speaking and listening at B1 level as you work on your communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese.

Improve your Brazilian Portuguese language proficiency

Although your Brazilian Portuguese has to be at level 6 to take the course, some basic grammar and vocabulary will also be covered. You will improve your Brazilian Portuguese language skills by learning commonly used expressions and expanding your vocabulary. This will allow you to communicate with more confidence.

This course focuses on the following two language skills: speaking and listening. You work on your fluency by talking about a variety of subjects. Attention is paid to the Brazilian language and culture, customs, business practices and manners, but more general topics are also covered.

By the end of this course, you will be able to exchange information, acquire new information and take part in short conservations. You will have expanded your vocabulary and speak more fluently, your pronunciation will have improved and you will talk with more self-confidence. You will have improved your communication skills and are able to apply the language skills you have learnt.
