Free online workshops in June: Dutch and Spanish
You asked, we listened! UvA Talen will now be offering free online workshops for those who are interested in trialling a group course with us before enrolling. This gives you the opportunity to meet our teachers, get a sense of what an UvA Talen group course is like and ask any questions before signing up online. The best part is – you can log in from wherever you are in the world and get a special discount for joining us.
The first two workshops will take place in June: Dutch for beginners (7 June) and Spanish for beginners (14 June). Please see below for more information about each workshop and the sign-up forms. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours of submitting your sign-up form.*

Dutch for beginners workshop
Have you recently moved to The Netherlands and are looking to start learning Dutch for your work, peers, or study programme? Do you find it difficult knowing where and how to start? We have the perfect (online) event for you!
Join us for our free Dutch for beginners workshop to learn some of the basics of the language from our awesome teacher. Not only will get the chance to master those strange and intimidating sounds heard in the Dutch language, but you will also learn some new vocabulary words that you can put into practice right away!

Spanish for beginners workshop
Would you like to take your language learning in a different direction this summer, whether it be for your work, summer vacation, or to impress your in-laws? Muy bien! We will also be offering an online Spanish for beginners workshop in June.
Join us for our Spanish for beginners workshop to meet our teacher, learn the basics of the language and even play a little game. After attending this workshop, you will be able to put your new vocabulary words into practice, giving you the confidence you needed to hit that ‘Enrol now’ button online!

Keep an eye out on our website and social media for our in-person Open Evening announcement! At this event in September, you will get the chance to trial a language course in our classrooms in Amsterdam.
